hi all. novemeber approaches, which means a lovely new antidote for all 10 of you to read and gawk at in awe! my little antidotians have been sending all sorts of shtuff to my new and improved antidote inbox so i can make it available for all to see! isn't that marvelous? now i just gotta get to work putting html tags on everything and all that. damn you allan for going to italy! ;)
as i posted on the antidote blog, i am kinda lost here. i have nothing written or reviewed for this month's antidote. i feel utterly useless and uncool, because i don't know what to do. i need help! so maybe most of you that will see this entry are already on antidote's staff, but to those that aren't, enlighten us! we're not culture super-gurus (i especially am not), we don't know what is out there until people direct it to us. so if there is a band that you like that's currently touring or recording or anything like that, please please please let us know. we will check them out.
in other news, i made cinnamon cupcakes today for halloween. now i have to decorate them. mmm frosting. all i had for lunch is a pomengranate. i predict that my current, awful, eating habits will either cause my stomach to shrink or implode or cause my metabolism to slow so dramatically that i grow fat. i hate living with my parents again, i hardly ever get lunch!

well guys, i have to say: beb kweller is one way cool guy. my interview with him at the office depot center in sunrise, fl, was a great success. i can't wait to run the interview in the magazine. i know whoever reads it will get a sense of how great ben kweller is, and understand why his music is as awesome as it is. what a great oppurtunity. thanks to antidote magazine!
